Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope
The Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope is the largest and most powerful event of its kind in the country. This walk happens in cities across Canada on Sunday September 8th to raise awareness for the disease and funds for the cause. The event is a family (and pet!) friendly outdoor event with free activities for the kids such as face-painting, free coffee for the adults, and treats/snacks for everyone (pets included)!
Here are the facts-
1. Ovarian Cancer is the most deadly women’s cancer
2. There is no reliable screening to test for this disease
3. There is no vaccine to prevent it
Ovarian Cancer Canada is the only registered Canadian charity solely dedicated to overcoming ovarian cancer. Join us to raise awareness and to support those affected by this disease.
