Opera Under the Stars
We are so pleased to partner again with Presenting Sponsor Pushor Mitchell for our annual Opera Under the Stars event!
Join us for a wonderful evening concert, performed by our star-studded cast, including returning Opera Kelowna favourites, heldentenor Steeve Michaud, and baritone Aaron Durand, as well as exciting new talent, soprano Marie-Josée Lord, and mezzo-soprano Stephanie Tritchew.
As always, Opera Kelowna's Summer Intensive Training Program welcomes up-and-coming singers from all over the world to study with the very best in the industry. These talented performers will join our featured soloists onstage and we are thrilled to share this immense talent with you!
We invite you to bring a picnic meal, blankets, and chairs, and enjoy beautiful arias, duets, and ensembles from across the operatic repertoire. This is an event for all ages!
When:
8:30 pm performance (gates open at 7:00 pm)

The University of British Columbia Okanagan Campus, courtyard.
Parking for the event is complimentary throughout the campus.
For attendees with mobility issues, please contact community.ok@ubc.ca to arrange for special parking.
General admission: Free
(Donations greatly appreciated)
VIP Ticket: $25
(includes: passed canapés and wine between 7pm-8pm, preferred seating, and other benefits)
Food and refreshments will be available for purchase, including wines, beers, soft drinks and Food Truck options.
The concert is completely free, however, online pre-registration is required!
