A 77-year-old man has been revealed as the winner of a $2-million home in Kelowna.
Albert Prendergast, from Port Moody, had the winning ticket in the 2019 PNE Prize Home lottery.
He was photographed on Monday drinking champagne as he celebrated with his family in the three-bed, two-and-a-half-bath “farmhouse-style” property on Kirschner Mountain.
The luxurious 3,159-square-foot home, which has views of the valley and lake, comes with an assortment of bonuses.
It is “net zero ready” – meaning it produces as much energy as it consumes.
There is also a gourmet kitchen, prep kitchen, indoor furniture from Yaletown Interiors and plenty of modern appliances.
It even comes with a robotic lawnmower – and of course a hot tub.
Congratulations to Albert!
